Cooling Commercialization

WAFR delivers a standardized, small-footprint platform with tightly defined fabrication, installation scope, and commissioning procedures, supporting each bolt-on from 2.5–10 MW+ and requiring major facility overhaul. Each SKU includes mechanical footprints, space-constrained integration, and electrical power requirements clearly referenced for facility team during facility turnaround.

10 MW Alberta Sovereign AI Lab

A reference facility prioritizing resilience, security, and operational readiness — delivering revenue-generating AI compute with a clear expansion path. Located in Alberta with reasonable control and exploration rights, this operational reference facility fuels revenue-generating compute workload from day-one launch.

Runway to 100 MW

WAFR offers a repeatable modular path and execution engine for rapid application and commercialized scaling. Standardized mechanical interfaces, end-to-end execution, service levels and SLAs. Expansion rights are phased across multiple executing infra projects from 10 MW to 100 MW+ (in the next 18-24 months) across western government

Claims Require Evidence

Power, flow, temp sensors with calibration certificates. Permanent sensors installed on Day 1 of commissioning. All calibrated with certificates collected before testing begins. Data loggers sync to single time source.
WAFR defines exactly what energy gets measured. Site-specific P&ID diagrams created during assessment show every sensor location and meter boundary. Every report includes this diagram—no ambiguity.
Identical tests in India + Canada labs. Same test matrix run twice: India lab validates components/systems under humid conditions; Canada lab replicates full system in dry climate. Proves performance holds across geographies.
Steady-state, transients, pump failures. Full test matrix proves reliability. Pass/fail criteria locked before testing. Documents exactly how system behaves when things go wrong.
