Cooling Commercialization
WAFR delivers a standardized, small-footprint platform with tightly defined fabrication, installation scope, and commissioning procedures, supporting each bolt-on from 2.5–10 MW+ and requiring major facility overhaul. Each SKU includes mechanical footprints, space-constrained integration, and electrical power requirements clearly referenced for facility team during facility turnaround.
10 MW Alberta Sovereign AI Lab
A reference facility prioritizing resilience, security, and operational readiness — delivering revenue-generating AI compute with a clear expansion path. Located in Alberta with reasonable control and exploration rights, this operational reference facility fuels revenue-generating compute workload from day-one launch.
Runway to 100 MW
WAFR offers a repeatable modular path and execution engine for rapid application and commercialized scaling. Standardized mechanical interfaces, end-to-end execution, service levels and SLAs. Expansion rights are phased across multiple executing infra projects from 10 MW to 100 MW+ (in the next 18-24 months) across western government

Assessment
1–2 days on-site visit by WAFR engineers. We measure your current cooling baseline, map exact measurement boundaries, and identify constraints. Walk away with clear feasibility gap and ROI potential. Produce site-specific P&ID diagrams deliverable.
Design & Integration
2–4 weeks of engineering using your assessment data. WAFR creates custom P&IDs showing exactly how cooling integrates with your chilled water/DX loops. Specs, blueprints/BOMs, from standards library. Defines exact structural load constraints, scope boundaries, and expected energy savings range.
Install & Commission
Phased rollout over 8–12 weeks total. Units arrive ready-to-run. Mechanical install first, then electrical connect, then commissioning tests. Your operations team stays online the whole time
Measure & Support
Final M&V report handed over at warranty activation. Compares post-install energy use against agreed baseline. Documents systems, fault handling, and performance stability. Signed report suitable for your financing drawdown or SLA proof. 1-year warranty + spares kits ship day one.
